Healthier Lifestyle Choices: Pilot Programme

Nexus PCN in collaboration with Exeter City Community Trust recently hosted a pilot programme to help people in Exeter get fit and healthy. The pilot aimed at patients who have a BMI between 25 to 29 were invited to join a six-week programme to help them manage and sustain healthier lifestyle choices and improve their overall physical health and mental wellbeing. 15 patients registered at Nexus PCN member practices (Mount Pleasant Health Centre, The South Lawn Medical Practice, The Heavitree Practice, Hill Barton Surgery & ISCA Medical Practice) met weekly at St James Park, the home of Exeter City Football
