Wellbeing Allotment

Our Wellbeing Allotment has been welcoming patients for several months and provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, improve wellbeing, and connect with others in a friendly and supportive environment.

Spending time in nature has many benefits for both physical and mental wellbeing. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or simply looking to try something new, our weekly drop-in sessions are a great way to get involved.

During the sessions, you can:

  • Enjoy fresh air and the benefits of spending time outdoors
  • Take part in seasonal gardening and allotment activities
  • Help maintain our beautiful community allotment
  • Meet new people and build confidence in a relaxed setting
  • Gain practical horticultural experience

There is no need to book and no long-term commitment, simply come along whenever you can.
