Lloyds Pharmacy has issued a notification of its intention to permanently close the pharmacies located within Sainsbury’s supermarkets as listed below:
NHS England South West is collaborating with Lloyds and the affected pharmacies to ensure proper adherence to the closure procedures, which includes making arrangements to assist patients in accessing alternative services.
