Free Wellbeing Event – Living Well As You Age

You’re invited to attend the Living Well As You Age wellbeing event, a free drop-in day designed to help people stay active, independent and connected as they get older.
Come along to meet local organisations, discover activities and support available in your community, and access a range of free health and wellbeing opportunities in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
What to Expect
- Information about local activities, groups and support services
- Friendly conversations with voluntary, community and NHS organisations
- Optional health and wellbeing checks
- A functional fitness MOT
- Advice and information on physical activity, home safety, falls prevention, social groups and more
- Complimentary refreshments available throughout the day
Live Longer Better Sessions
Join Active Devon for two Live Longer Better sessions taking place at:
- 11am
- 1pm
These engaging sessions will share practical ways to improve strength, balance and overall wellbeing as you age.
