Why are we closing?
These protected learning and development sessions enable our team to maintain and improve the quality, safety, and effectiveness of the care we provide. Training includes various topics:
- Clinical updates and best practice guidance
- Patient safety and quality improvement
- Safeguarding training
- Information governance and data security
- Emergency preparedness and basic life support
- Care navigation and patient access improvements
- New NHS policies, systems, and procedures
- Team development and service planning
During the closure
Our phone lines will remain open, and any incoming calls will be diverted to our out of hours care provider who are adequately equipped to provide you with support and signposting.
You may also send us an eConsult during the closure period, and a GP, plus a member of the reception team will be on-hand to respond to any medical or administrative queries you might have.
If you require urgent medical assistance during the closure period, please contact NHS 111 online or by calling 111.
For life-threatening emergencies, please call 999 immediately.
The practice will re-open as normal on the next working day. Our usual opening hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Weekends: Closed
- Bank Holidays: Closed
