Face coverings now required or you may be refused entry

As lockdown begins to ease it is important to remember that coronavirus is still prevalent within the community. We of course ask that patients continue to use our online resources like eConsult in the first instance and call when needed but we are inevitably starting to see more and more patients. We now require all to wear face coverings or masks when attending the surgery and only remove them if instructed to by staff. Where a patient refuses to wear a mask, without the practice finding reasonable grounds for an exemption, they will be declined entry to the premises. Thank
