Nominating a Pharmacy
To nominate a pharmacy in the UK, simply choose the pharmacy you would like to use for your NHS prescriptions so they can receive them electronically. You can do this by telling your GP surgery, or updating your details through the NHS app.
Once nominated, your prescriptions will be sent directly to that pharmacy, saving you time and avoiding paper forms. You can change or cancel your nominated pharmacy at any time, giving you flexibility if your circumstances or preferences change.
