What is stress?
Stress is caused by the body’s reaction to feeling under pressure or threatened. Stress is common and but too much stress can affect our mood, our body and our relationships. Stress can make us feel anxious and more irritable. Experiencing too much stress over a long period of time can lead to physical, mental and emotional exhaustion. Stress affects people differently and the things than can cause stress will vary from person to person.
