How To Access Healthcare At Mount Pleasant Health Centre

Fill Out An eConsult

You can fill out an eConsult on our website. The eConsult service is a way to contact your GP practice online by filling out a form, giving our receptionists the information they need to provide you with the best care possible. Your eConsult will be actioned and you may be sign posted to a more appropriate service or clinician.

Call The Health Centre

We operate a telephone triage appointment system which means you will speak to one of our receptionists and they will determine if you need an appointment or whether you need to speak to your GP over the phone first. If you require an urgent appointment, then you may be given an appointment with our duty team on the same day. Wherever possible, you will be given an appointment with your allocated GP.

To get the best treatment, please give our receptionists as much information as possible and ensure they have an up-to-date contact number for you.

Your GP will call you back to let you know if your problem can be dealt with over the phone or if you need a Doctors/Nurses appointment.
