SystmOnline

What is SystmOnline?

SystmOnline is an online service which allows patients to view their medical record as well as accessing other features such as ordering repeat prescriptions. SystmOnline is a third party service provided by TPP, who also provide the clinical system for the health centre.

All information that is sent to the health centre via SystmOnline is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only the patient and the health centre can see the information.

If you already use SystemOnline you can continue to use it. But the NHS App will give you easy and secure access to your GP health record on your smartphone.

SystmOnline Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

I have forgotten my login details, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your username or password and you have provided us with an email address, you can use the link on the login page to reset. If we do not have your email address then you will need to call the health centre (tel: 01392 255722) to reset your login details.

Can I view my child’s online record?

If you have a child under the age of 11 years old, then you may be given access to their records through your account. When logging in, you will be asked whose record you require access to.

Will my child be given access to online services?

For children aged between 11 and 16 years old, we are unable to provide an online service for safeguarding purposes.

When a child turns 16 years old, they will be able to request their own online access. Please note that the parent cannot request access for their children over the age of 16, without their written consent.

I am a carer, can I have access to another person’s records?

If you care for another person then you can request access to their online account on their behalf. This also applies for under 18s but it is separate from parental responsibility.
